At exercise together we know how challenging and daunting it can be to become more active after having your baby. Starting and getting back into exercise needs to be specific and progressive. What better way to spend your maternity leave than with other like-minded mums while in the comfort of your own home doing exercise together. We use a combination of beginners Pilates, Yoga and Resistance training to safely tone and strengthen the entire body while increasing overall fitness levels. Giving you great confidence and energy while we support you all the way. This is for mums, post pregnancy, beginners and those looking to get started on their new healthy lifestyle.
