Our Community classes run from January to the end of June & September to December on a monthly gym subscription basis. You can TRY your first month please select option below. First month *One class a week* €55.00 followed by your second month of €45 monthly members subscription. Two classes a week * €75 followed by €65 per month. By joining our classes you become a member where your place is held for you each month so please keep us posted with how long (months)you might like to attend for /or when you'd like to take a break (when possible 30 days notice when cancelling).

Alternatively you can join for an 8 week Beginners Block €95.00

We would like to keep classes going all calendar year so this notice of cancelling allows us to advertise and try to fill your space for the coming month ahead. All classes to be used within the 4 week term and cannot be carried over.

18:45PM Women's Strength & Conditioning weight training class 8 weeks
19:45PM Pilates - Beginners to Improvers.  Promoting & Supporting women's health through better posture and breathing techniques. 8 week Blocks Please contact for Pilates link**
