    The importance of strength training for women has become more and more about keeping a healthy strong focussed mind as much as it is for conditioning a healthy strong body. Whether you are a beginner to exercise, maybe you are recovering from prolapse or simply have become a new mum recently, the benefits to the right exercise at the right time are endless. If you are a new mum what better way to spend your maternity leave than with other like-minded women and mums together at exercise together. Using a combination of breathing, posture alignment & core activation of pilates which helps to retrain the all important pelvic floors & build a strong core, together with resistance training to give us that element of strength & stability that every woman needs to carry out her day day feeling supported from the inside out. Promoting the importance of health, exercise and connection within the community.

    The Better Health Program 2021
