thanks to everyone for joining our first members workshop last night, what a lovely evening. no need for music, the rain gave us an amazing sound against the roof just in time for our relaxation nidra at the end. hope you all slept well last night & your hips are happy this morning!

our next term april & may starts tuesday 2nd. You can book your class below, remember you can book into one class a week and change from the later class to the earlier class once there is room in the group, also you can jump into the monday / thursday morning chair exercise if you miss a pilates evening class as these classes are perfect for anyone looking to exercise in a supported environment using pilates techniques. please check in with me beforehand.

tuesdays strength & conditioning starts @ 18:45 & pilates 19:45.

tuesdays strength & conditioning 10:00am

mondays & thursdays chair exercise 10:00am

at the end of this current 8 weeks of april & may i will follow on with a second workshop where we will focus on upper body, shoulders, wrists, hands, neck & face. more details to follow.
