In this 6 Week Program we use our breath to continue to achieve ease within the postpartum body using post natal corrective pilates exercises. We look at posture, our mobility, what support we need & where in the body its needed.

These classes will run Tuesday's 09:45-10:45 in Wexford Town.
Suitable for Mums from 10 weeks postpartum who have already completed the first stage breathe well program & those who have previously attended an Exercise Together post natal pilates course.
