In this 4 week course we learn to reconnect to our all important breath post pregnancy. Breathing helps us regulate intra abdominal pressure within the core which helps prevent hernias, prolapse, diastasis recti & back pain. Deep breating promotes healing through calming the nervous system and increasing oxygen levels.
