Exercise Together classes will start this January 2024 in Wexford. A workout and wellbeing club for Mums where baby/toddler can come along too and join in the fun or simply play alongside making new friends. Fully equipped with play area and toys for toddler and exercise routine for mum no matter what stage you are at on her journey pre/post pregnancy and beyond. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to get back to exercise after having a child no matter what age they are now, you are met where you are, encouraged, motivated, coached, whilst growing week to week, month to month.
