A full body workout for women. #toddler friendly classes. Encompassing all the elements of training; body strength, weights, conditioning, mobility and flexibility. Becoming more aware of our deep core muscles each week and how we move, re-establishing that connection to the all important pelvic floors while getting your sweat on and workout done.
