In this workshop we will discuss the simple art of breathing and how it can effect our bodies in so many different ways; blood pressure; stress management; release of tension in our bodies; assist with pain; help calm the nervous system & relieve anxiety; re-connect to our core muscles post pregnancy and beyond improving pelvic floor health helping us to move more freely & supported during exercise.
During the workshop we will feel, experience and understand these techniques together & individually. We will work on opening up areas in the body that are stuck and activating other areas that support & promote good posture for Women's Health.
This will be a 2.5 hour long workshop finished with a deeply restorative relaxation.
