The Better Health weight loss program encompassing all the elements needed for Better Health, exercise, nutrition, yoga & meditation. When combining all these together you allow your mind and body to transform through experiencing the benefits of this lifestyle and creating new lifelong habits for both you and your family. A combination of weekly online/meetings, exercise class and yoga – mediation/relaxation classes over a 6-week course, working to progress week to week with online support group, recipe suggestions, food guidelines, on-going support network.
